Units 102 & 103 (ground floor)
Unit 102 is an Accessible Studio Unit especially designed for easy wheelchair access. There is a choice of either super king (twin beds on request) with electric blankets. The tiled bathroom has a wet floor shower area, under-floor tile heating, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer. This unit does not have a mountain view.

Unit 103 is a one Bedroom Suite with a king bed, luxury bedding and electric blankets.  The unit has a large living area with a four person dining table. The modern, tiled bathroom features a corner spa bath / shower, under-floor tile heating, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer. This unit has  mountain views.

Both units have air conditioning / heat pump; kitchens with microwave, cook top, electric frypan, dishwasher, refrigerator and filtered water; an in-room safe, iron and ironing board, wireless internet access, stereo, DVD, TV, original artwork and patios with outdoor furniture.

Units 202 & 203 (first floor)
Unit 202 is a Studio Unit, offering either a super king bed (twin beds on request) with electric blankets. The tiled bathroom features a shower, under-floor tile heating, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer. This unit does not have a mountain view.

Unit 203 is the St James Suite and has mountain views. This elegant one bedroom suite has comfortable lounge seating, a four person dining table and the added ambience of a cosy gas fire. The king bed has an electric blanket and a juliette balcony off the bedroom. The tiled bathroom features a corner spa bath with shower, under-floor tile heating, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.

Both the Studio Unit and the St James Suite have air conditioning / heat pump, kitchens with  microwave, cook top, electric frypan, dishwasher, refrigerator and filtered water.  They also have in-room safes, iron and ironing board, wireless internet access, stereo, DVD, TV,original artwork and balconies with outdoor furniture.
