All quoted rates are GST inclusive and valid at writing; however, management reserves the right to change quoted rates with confirmation due to any major unforeseen / extreme economic factors that may influence the successful running of the business and or any increase in any government tax, surcharges, levies etc.
Payment Policy
Credit card details are required to confirm a booking. At check-in a credit card must be provided to cover all charges that may be made against the room and any possible damages caused by misuse or carelessness. If paying by cash, your accommodation charges plus a $300 bond will be required at check in.
At The St James we accept major credit cards Visa, Master Card and American Express but reserve the right not to accept a particular credit card provider at our discretion. Payment by American Express incurs a 2.5% surcharge.
